Last Cast
This original Clay Rice design is a familiar site in the Lowcountry. Clay: “I have always been a fisherman. Although I release my fish, the thrill of catching them is the reason I fish. There is something magical about Lowcountry sunsets and fishing. It’s difficult to decide when to make that one “last cast”. Many times, your one last cast turns into five, or ten, and catch yourself running back to the dock in your boat in the moonlight. That’s not bad either.” Oysters and beer-after a long day on the water, there is nothing more satisfying than sitting down to these two Lowcountry staples, oysters and beer.
